Return Policy

Return Policy

    These are Globleshop.com’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Globleshop.com.

All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Click here to request RMA and get Authorization.

1. Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service at sales@globleshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Globleshop.com will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.If it is over 3 days,you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.


2. For unsuitable clothes or shoes, you are eligible for a free, one-time-only size-exchange service. You are responsible for all return shipping fees and resending fees


3. For Made-To-Order clothing(shoes) As we were made accurately according to your order specifications,the clothes(shoes) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if they do not fit properly.So pls provide your measurements accurately.


Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:


1. Any product not purchased from Globleshop.com.

2. The item is returned damaged

3. The item is washed.

4. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

6. The item has a distinct odor such as cigarette smoke, detergent, perfume, etc.

7. If item is missing any part.

8. If item appears to have been worn.

9. Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging

10. Custom-made clothes/shoes do not allow returns but only for replacement.

11. Products with no quality-related issues do not allow returns.

12. If the returned is over 14 days from the date the buyer received the item. These types of returned items will not qualify for a refund or exchange and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for it to be returned to buyer.

 

The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps:


1. Get RMA Authorization by cantacting our Customer Service at sales@globleshop.com

RMA request should include the below information: Order ID, SKU, the reason of sending back and post images, choose replacement or refund money and other your related concern.

2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.

Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from Globleshop.com customer service center together with RMA authorization.
Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment. Globleshop.com won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.

Globleshop will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 3-5 business days.
