Products Warranty

We  choose  products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. In this way, we guarantee the quality of our products.
 
We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country.


We have a QA team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.


Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:


1. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

2. Misusage and mishandling.

3. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.

4. Damaged by a wrong voltage use. 

5. Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor or into water, and etc.

6. Unauthorized modification or alteration.


Once your return is confirmed and inspected, we will send it to the manufacturer to get it repaired. The repairing fee will be paid by us only due to the normal use of the product.  But we will charge the additional fee  for the replacing of defective parts and components.  Besides, we will not be responsible for the retuning fee of these defects.

If there is any problem with the product during its service life, please feel free to contact us. Our specialized technical staff will provide you with online technical support. Please understand that we can only solve the problem but will not accept the returned product if you have used it for more than half a year.
