How can I check my order status?

You can login  My Account to check the order status and track your shipment.

    We offer tracking service for orders when you add $1.70 for registered airmail. You can obtain your tracking number by following these steps: My account →Order List→Select order. Click  to check your Tracking Number.

How do I place my first order?

    Placing an order with Globleshop.com is easy; you can register for an account or check out as a guest. All orders must be placed online; we cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. Should you have any questions, please contact us.

1. Find the Items You Want
First, you need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of the Globleshop.com website. You will also find drop-down menus and detailed product categories on the left- hand side of our homepage. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item to open the product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item. If you don't find the product that you're looking for on Globleshop.com, please contact us.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Globleshop.com, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping until you've found all the items you would like to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the button located in the top right-hand corner of our website.

3. Choose a Shipping Method
Globleshop.com offers free worldwide shipping, but a  tracking number is only provided when you  pay an additional $1.70 for registered airmail . Of course,you can also choose to send your package via more faster dlivery

4.  Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all the items you've added to your Shopping Cart. If you would like to remove an item, click the "Remove" button next to the product title. The item will then be removed from your Shopping Cart. If you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.
5. Sign In/Create a New Account
You can create a new account or check out as a guest. If you choose to check out as a guest, you will not be able to inquire on the status of your order. We recommend to register in order to earn points for your purchase, which can be applied to future orders. Additionally, you can receive  bonus points for verifying your e-mail address. These points can be exchanged for a coupon.  
6. Check Out and Payment Information
Globleshop.com suggest the  payment via PayPal. You can click “check out with PayPal” to pay for your order using your PayPal account information. If you haven’t yet registered for PayPal, please create an account according to the instructions on the PayPal website. It is easy to start a PayPal account. If you have any questions, you can contact PayPal Customer Service by visiting their website at www.paypal.com
7. Review Shipping Address and Pay for Your Order
Please double check your shipping address and make any necessary changes if it is different from your billing address. A customer service representative will confirm an abnormal address with you prior to shipping. 
Note: Globleshop.com will arrange shipment within 24 hours of the payment time.
8. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change an unpaid order, we recommend that you delete the current order and place a new one. Orders placed as a guest will not be able to check the order status. Should you have any questions, please contact us.

What payment methods are accepted?

The accepted payment methods on Globleshop.com are the following: PayPal, credit card, WebMoney and Boleto. Generally, e-checks and pending payments will take 3-4 business days to clear.

Is PayPal secure?

Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment via PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. 
PayPal is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to send money online. PayPal doesn't expose or sell your financial information to any merchant.

What is Globleshop.com’s refund policy?

    Globleshop.com allows most products to be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. You can refer to the Product Warranty section for additional information. We'll refund your payment upon receiving the return package. Additional deductions for all refunds will be made depending on current market value.

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

Generally, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try our best to accommodate the change(s). If the order payment has already been processed, we cannot make any changes and the order will have to be canceled.

I want to add items to my order, what should I do?

If you have not yet checked out, you can items to your cart at anytime while shopping.

If you have clicked "Check Out” but still have not made a payment, you can modify your shopping cart prior to proceeding with your payment.

If your order has been paid and processed you cannot add items, but you can place a new order for the additional items.

If the paid order has not yet been processed, you can contact us and a customer service representative will add the items for you.

I have paid, why is the order status still unpaid?

Since the PayPal server occasionally experiences delays, please wait 2-4 hours and check it again. If it still shows “unpaid” please provide your e-mail address and order ID number, we'll resolve the problem.

I have paid, why isn’t there anything in my order list?

On very rare occasions, an order won't appear in your Order List. Firstly, make sure that you have completed your payment. If the payment has been completed but the order still does not show, please leave a message via My Account providing your e-mail address, order ID, and item number. The Focalprice.com Service Center will resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

If the order payment status is “unpaid”, you can delete the order at any time.

If the order has been paid and the shipment status is "unshipped", you can contact us to cancel the order and get a refund.

If the order has been paid and the shipment status is “packing” or "shipped", we are unable to cancel or modify the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received them and we will refund the money upon our receipt of the item(s).

Please note that Globleshop.com does not pay the return shipping cost on returned items. Additionally, we are not responsible if goods are lost en route without tracking ability. We will process the refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned goods.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, please check your order list to make sure whether the order was sent in one package, as some items are shipped separately.  If all packages have been delivered and examined, but you're still missing an item, please take a photo of the packing label and contact us via RMA Request to resolve the issue.

How do I return a product under warranty?

     If the item is faulty or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for an RMA request by visiting RMA Request in My Account. If you are unsure how to use the product you’ve ordered, please contact our staff for assistance.

What happens when my order status is “shipped partially”?

    It might be that one or some of the items in your order are currently out of stock. It may take some time for Globleshop.com Logistics Department to restock the item. FocalPriceGlobleshop.com will ship the products as they are available, thus the order status is “shipped partially”. Globleshop.com will notify you of any stock-related issues affecting your order.

How long will it take to process back-ordered shipments?

    It generally takes 5 days or less to process back orders. Our logistics team is working vigorously to process back orders as quickly as possible. If you are unable to wait, you can choose a similar item as a replacement. In order to complete this request and satisfy any price difference, please contact Globleshop.com by sending a message via My Account. Of course, you can choose to cancel the order and get a refund if you wish.

What should I know before ordering?

    When ordering products from Focalprice.com, please be aware that product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards, and the adapters and other standards may not be correct for your country.

Can I review, change or cancel my order?

    You can review your order list anytime in My Account after signing in on Globleshop.com.
If an order status is "Unpaid", you can remove or change it as you wish. 
If the order status is "Paid", you can only cancel it within the first 24 hours, before the order is processed.
Once the products are shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you wish, you can send back the unopened products. We will refund your money or ship a replacement within 1-3 days of receiving your return shipment. 
Please note that Globleshop.com does not pay the return shipping costs for returned items. We are not responsible if goods are lost en route; we strongly suggest using a tracking service to track your shipment.
